My Mission

My goal is to encourage women and girls to become the best versions of themselves. While I was on my journey to self discovery, personally and professionally as an Executive Administrative superhero, I made connections with so many people along the way. My casual conversations about fashion, led to impromptu discussions about career advice, and I quickly become a mentor. This was clearly my purpose – to help empower those around me and share their stories.

After a near-death experience, my decision to move forward was set and I haven’t looked back. Every speech I deliver is treated like a conversation with a friend. I share stories and personal experiences through the lens of empathy and respect. My audience participants always leave with tangible takeaways to help them move their lives forward.
